• Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received.  For certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment.  In this case, you will be notified of when your tickets will be shipped.  *See Policies under Delivery for more information.

We Guarantee your tickets will be authentic tickets.

• All tickets are guaranteed to be authentic tickets and valid for entry to the event that the ticket is for. *See Policies under Authentic Tickets for more information.

We Guarantee your tickets will be what you ordered or better or your money back.

• Occasionally, the tickets you order may no longer be available at the time your order is received.  In this case, we will contact you to discuss alternative seat locations of equal or better value. *See Policies under Same, Equal, or Better for more information.

We Guarantee if the event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will be refunded.

• If an event is permanently cancelled and has not been rescheduled for a later date, you will be refunded ticket price including any service fees.  *See Policies under Permanently Cancelled Events for more information.
